SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, we only ship in the US and Canada.

We understand that you as customers have your own deadlines to meet and we will try our best to meet those deadlines. However, due to the high turnover rate of the products, there are times when deadlines just could not me met. We apologize in advance for such inconvenience. Please make sure you place your order well in advance so that the chances for missing the deadlines are minimal.

Our products are shipped using standard Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Tastefully American shipping fees are equal to UPS costs based on the weight of the items ordered.

Shipments that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to additional shipping cost, transaction and insurance fees. The customer must make arrangement with us to reship the products again. Any refused shipment does not constitute a cancellation. Furthermore, any shipments returned “REFUSED” for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Tastefully Wholesale does not ship to PO Box or APO addresses.

Standard Ground Delivery -- 3 to 5 business days.

3 Days Select -- 3 business days.

2nd Day Air -- 2 business day.

Standard Overnight -- 1 business day.

The minimum shipping cost for all orders will be $10.85

Shipping Information:

  • Customers pay for the actual shipping amount.
  • We ship orders by UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd day air or UPS next day.
  • UPS does not accept P.O. Boxes as shipping address.
  • Business day delivery service excludes holidays & weekends.
  • You will receive a tracking # when your order is shipped.
  • It will be billed and shipped to the same address only.
  • If you ordered “Out of Stock” items, we will exclude them from your order and you will not be charged for out of stock items.

 

PAYMENT POLICY

TastefullyAmerican.com accepts the following payment methods:

1) Credit Cards - VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. For safety and security reasons, orders will be shipped to the billing address only, unless your shipping address is on file with your credit card company as an alternate shipping address.

2) Cashiers checks or Money Orders payable to: Tastefully American

Please note that your order will be processed once we have received the cashier check or money order.

3) PayPal

We accept Paypal payment from verified account only. Please visit http://www.paypal.com/ for more information. The account is free and it will let you setup an account with a credit card and/or checking.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales are FINAL. There will be NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGES/CREDIT on merchandise that is not defective. Only unused defective or wrong merchandise may be returned with RMA# and a copy of the original receipt and invoice. Items may not be returned for any other reason.

Returned items will not be accepted if not in the original packaging: must be assorted exactly as you received it.

All claims must be within 7 days of receipt and store credit will be given only on defective or wrong merchandises that are no longer in stock.

Items that have been displayed, offered for sale, or marked in any way are not returnable.

Original freight fees are not refundable and customers are responsible for all return freight (Except Defective or Wrong Merchandise).

Any refused shipment sent back to TastefullyWholesale.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit and will be refused by TastefullyWholesale.com.

We will not accept returns aside from wrong or defective products. We will not accept returns if you do not like the looks or quality of the products. If you wish to test out our products please just place a small order.

Defective or Wrong items:

TastefullyAmerican.com will replace a product or issue a store credit to the customers if the product is delivered with one of these 2 conditions.

Wrong product - if you received a wrong product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct product or issue you a Store Credit if products no longer in stock.

Defective Product - If you received a defective product, please notify us within 7 days and we will assign a RMA for you to return the product back to us (at our expense). After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we will ship out a replacement to you right away. Please note that just because one or two items in a whole package are defective it does not mean that all of the items are defective. Only unused defective products in the original packaging may be returned for replacement or store credit if products no longer in stock.

For damaged returns, please only ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail if you wish to be given credit for shipping costs. Any other shipping method will NOT be reimbursed.

Procedure to file for Returns:

If you receive defective or wrong products, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to file for a return.

You can request a RMA number by sending an email to sales@tastefullyamerican.com with the following information:

Your name

Your phone number

Your billing address

Your email address

Your original order number

Reasons for returning the item

In the return package, please include a copy of your email invoice and your RMA number. Please also write the RMA# on the outside of the packaging.
